- A valid credit card is required to reserve the booking
- Full payment for the booking will be taken by the hotel 30 days prior to the guests arrival.
- Cancellation of the accommodation booking must be advised in writing.
- Any cancellations made 30 days and within from the first check in date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the full booking.
- Credit Card Surcharge is applied to all credit card transactions at 1.5%
