We have secured accommodation options for delegates. The rates published below are only available when booking accommodation as a part of your registration.
If you have already registered to attend the conference and now wish to book accommodation at the conference rate, please email your arrival and departure dates and room requirements to Daniella.
Please email Daniella at Leishman Associates to cancel or change your accommodation prior to the Conference. If you need to cancel your accommodation booking within 30 days of your arrival date, any cancellation fees will be subject to the hotel cancellation policy. If you arrive 24 hours later than your indicated arrival day, charges will apply. If you alter your accommodation booking after you have checked in, please deal directly with the hotel.

- Payment will be processed 30 days prior to check-in using the credit card provided to secure the booking. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in to cover any incidental charges.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date will incur no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 8–29 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation at the applicable room rate per room cancelled.
- Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total value of the group booking.
